Candle Refill Service

An intentional way to preserve the vessels you love. Our refill service allows you to reimagine an existing candle jar or transform a meaningful, candle-safe vessel into a beautifully poured soy wax candle, finished in your chosen fragrance.

All vessels must be suitable for candle use and heat-resistant.

How It Works

Share Your Vessel Details - Send us the vessel’s measurements and fill volume (in ml). The fill volume should be measured to 2 cm below the rim. Please let us know if you will be collecting or require return shipping added to the quotation. Feel free to reach out via the contact form on available on the Contact page or simply select the WhatsApp icon to start a conversation.

Select Your Scent - Once your quote is approved and payment is completed, choose your fragrance. Fragrance profiles can be viewed in the Gallery.

Provide Your Vessel - Courier your empty vessel or drop it off with us in Richards Bay.

Carefully Refilled - Each vessel is professionally cleaned and hand-poured with premium soy wax in your selected scent.

Collection or Delivery - You’ll be notified when your candle is ready for collection or dispatched back to you. Before lighting, please allow your candle to cure at home for 7-14 days. This allows the fragrance oil molecules to fully disperse and bind within the wax, resulting in a stronger and more consistent scent throw and optimal burn performance.
